I’ve never made new year’s resolutions and not going to start now.
My current practice: Start new each night to start new each day!
Instead of waking up each day and starting fresh, I prepare the night before. I tell myself it’s so I can “make it easier” for myself in the morning: Just eat plants only, no alcohol, wake up feeling ready and energized. Preparing the night before is like giving yourself a present. It’s a way to self-care and pamper myself and I find it a privilege and luxury.
